Set aside February 7th, 2026 for a day filled with chocolate tasting, talking and buying. The Winter Chocolate Show 2026 will be at the Appel Salon in The Toronto Reference Library, 789 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It will be a day filled with informative seminars, delicious bean-to-bar chocolate, innovative bars and bonbons, and a lot of passionate chocolate people. Tickets are available now.
We’ll have tastings, seminars and workshops from some of Canada’s leading chocolate experts.
